Registration for the symposium will open in early March. Full details, fees, and instructions are provided below.
A registration button will be added once registration officially opens in late February.
Registration Fees (NZD, incl. GST)
Payment is required at the end of the registration process.

We are a tax-registered entity in New Zealand, so all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and subject to GST (15%).

What Full Registration Includes
- Morning tea and lunch at conference on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Welcome Reception on Tuesday 13 October
- Conference Dinner on Thursday 15 October (RSVP at registration required)
- Farewell Function Friday 16 October (RSVP at registration required)
Not Included / Additional Costs
- Pre- and post-conference workshops, field trips, meetings
- Accommodation (options available at discounted rates here)

Letters of invitation for attendees/presenters are available - please see your abstract or registration confirmation for more details.

Specific Requests
We want everyone to feel supported. Please let us know during registration if you have any dietary, mobility, caregiving, accessibility, or other needs so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing to highco2@confer.co.nz
- Cancellations on or before 30 June 2026: $100 admin fee applies
- No refunds after 30 June 2026, including no-shows
- Registrations may be transferred to another delegate at any time at no additional cost
Terms, Code of Conduct & Insurance
- All attendees must agree to the terms and conditions of the event at the time of registration
- All attendees must adhere to the Event Code of Conduct
- Delegates are responsible for arranging their own medical, travel, and registration insurance
