Social Functions

All social functions are included with full registration (RSVP may be required for some events during registration), with the exception of the Early Career Researcher function, which is open only to students and early‑career researchers.

An early career researcher is defined as someone who completed their highest research degree (e.g., MSc or PhD) within five years of the application closing date. This five‑year period may be extended to account for career interruptions such as extended sickness, part‑time work, or caregiving responsibilities. Primary caregivers may add two years of eligibility per dependent child, inclusive of any parental leave.

All times are subject to change and will be confirmed in the final programme.
