Information for Presenter
Thank you for agreeing to present at HighCO₂ VI.
We are delighted to have you contribute to the programme and share your research with the global scientific community.
This page provides key information to help you prepare for the symposium and your presentation.
Key Dates
- Early bird registration deadline: 1 August 2026 (any time zone)
- Programme release (with presentation times): June 2026
- Presentation submission deadline: 11 October 2026
- Symposium dates: 13-16 October 2026
Programme
The draft programme, including presentation times and session details, will be available in June 2026.
Once released, presenters will be able to view their scheduled presentation time via the official programme:

Please review your listing carefully once published and notify the organisers promptly if there are issues.
Presentation Information
Oral Presentations
- Please ensure your presentation is prepared well in advance.
- Final presentations must be submitted by 11 October 2026.
- Further details regarding format, timing, and upload instructions will be provided closer to the symposium.
Poster Presentations
- Posters should be A0 format portrait orientation and will be on display throughout the Symposium.
- Two dedicated poster sessions will be included in the programme.
Poster Printing
We are pleased to advise that a poster printing service will be available for the symposium. Posters can be pre-ordered and collected at the symposium venue. An order form and further details will be provided at a later date. Please note that payment will be required at the time of ordering.
Venue
All sessions for HighCO₂ VI will take place at:
Tākina Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre
Level 1 (all symposium activities will be held on this level)
Please allow time to familiarise yourself with the venue layout on arrival.
Registration
All presenters must register and pay by the early bird deadline to attend the symposium.
